Apply for a professional account. If you are approved and meet our minimum criteria guidelines, you are automatically enrolled in Grow Your Way, our rewards program.

To participate in Oway's Grow Your Way Loyalty program, your business must meet our minimum guidelines:

• Account must have a signed Retail Supply Agreement on file and be in good financial standing before rewards can be honored.
• Retail domains must be represented in full and must include every product within each line.
• All products received through Oway's Grow Your Way loyalty program may not be sold at retail. These products are to be used exclusively for professional use, following manufacturers' guidelines. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination from the program.
• Oway USA reserves the right to monitor the status of any quaifying member and to terminate the agreement at any time.

Everytime you shop, each dollar spent will earn points. If you are a The PLACE or Exclusive sallon, you'll earn an extra 2.5% bonus manually. You can also earn up to 10,000 points by referring a friend.* Qualified bonus points earned will be added at the end of each quarter.

*Referral bonus points: To qualify, referral must be in writing. Once the referred salon has been open for 90 days and is in good financial standing, you will receive 5000 points for opening orders above $4500 and 10,000 points for opening orders above $7500.

For example, if your salon were to purchase $60,000 a year, it would be placed into the 'STELO' tier. This tier rewards you with 1 point per $1 spent and a bonus of 10%. This is equivilent to 1.1 points per $1. $60,000 x 1.1 = 66,000 points.

Within the rewards program dashboard you will be able to see your current point balance and available offers you are eligible to redeem.

Reward certificates can be used towards a vast selection of Backbar, Merchandising Tools, or Education Expenses.

Points and reward certificates will expire 12 months after they are earned. If you are inactive for 3 months, your account may be placed on hold until an Oway representative requalifies your business.

All point adjustments will be shown within the rewards program dashboard once your order has been fulfilled. The points will be credited to the account associated with the email address used for placing your order.

Only purchases made after creating an account count toward point earnings.

Reward certificates can be combined with free shipping promotions. However, reward certificate codes are not combinable with other sitewide promotions. Only one discount can be used at checkout on an order. Participation in Grow Your Way cannot be combined with any existing program or special offer in place.
