Shipping policy

Delivery
We will process your order promptly during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST, excluding major holidays.

You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed.

*Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

USA Lower 48 States Shipping Rates

• Minimum orders must be $350+.
• All Opening orders of Introductory Kits ship free.
• Reorders between $350-749.99 will be charged a $50 flat fee.
• Reorders sub-totaling $750 or more ship free.
  

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Rates

• Minimum orders must be $350+.
• All orders will be charged a $125 flat fee.

Canada Shipping Rates

• Minimum orders must be $500+.
• Freight fees are charged by order value. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional duties assessed upon delivery
  
• Orders between $500-1499.99 will be charged a $150 freight fee.
• Orders between $1500-2499.99 will be charged a $175 freight fee.
• Orders between $2500-3499.99 will be charged a $125 freight fee.
• Orders over $3500 will receive free freight. 

Shipping Address*
We regret to inform you that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO destinations or freight forwarding addresses.

To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address. At this time, an order cannot be split to ship to more than one address. 

*Please note: We are not responsible for packages left outside of residential addresses.

Shipping Discrepancies
For visible damages to shipping boxes/containers, inform shipping delivery person and ask for POD (proof of delivery receipt), accept order and take detailed pictures. Contact your Oway Representative immediately and email details.
