Refund policy
All sales are final.
Returns of new, re-sellable and non-discontinued items will only be accepted upon special approval and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please fill out our contact form or email us a info@owayusa.com. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase. We will send you an email notification once the refund has been sent out.
Missing or Incorrect Product
Please inform your Oway representative within 24 hours with details. We will do whatever we can to make it right.
Product Issues/Claims
Should you have issues with any product performance, please take pictures (if applicable), provide the batch # and/or code and email your Oway representative with the details.
