SEASONAL CARE: WHAT TO EXPECT DURING COLD WEATHER SHIPPING
During this time of year, extended exposure to cold temperatures during transit may result in you receiving frozen product. This is normal and does not impact performance. If a product arrives frozen, allow it to thaw to room temperature naturally before use. A gentle shaking of the product may be required after thawing . Please do not microwave or apply direct heat to any product.
Also, please note that orders will not ship on December 25 or January 1. Shipping will resume the following business day. We encourage you to plan your orders accordingly to avoid service interruptions during the holiday period.
